This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Anutech LLC.
1. DIGITAL SERVICE NATURE
All services provided by Anutech LLC are custom digital services.
Due to the time, labor, and resources involved, refunds are limited.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
All projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to begin work.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable because it covers:
- Project planning
- Resource allocation
- Initial design and development work
3. MILESTONE PAYMENTS
For milestone-based projects:
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable once:
- Work has been delivered, or
- Client has approved the milestone
4. NO REFUNDS AFTER FINAL DELIVERY
Once final files, source code, or website access are delivered:
- No refunds will be issued
- No chargebacks are permitted
5. CLIENT CANCELLATION
If the Client cancels a project:
Client must pay for:
- Work completed
- Work in progress
- Any committed third-party costs
Any unused prepaid amount may be refunded at company discretion only.
6. SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
For maintenance, hosting consultation, or monthly services:
- Fees are billed in advance
- No partial month refunds
- Cancellation takes effect next billing cycle
7. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing services, Client agrees:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- Any fraudulent chargeback will be disputed with evidence of work delivered
Client is responsible for all dispute and recovery costs.
8. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be issued only if:
- We are unable to start the project
- We fail to deliver the agreed scope due to our fault
Refunds, if approved, are prorated based on work not performed.
